The Sites and Services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. We collect Personal Information you provide us. We may combine information about you that we receive from other sources with other information we have collected about you. We may receive Personal Information about you from third parties that resell or otherwise provide our products and services and from lead generation providers, content and event sponsors and social media platforms. The information we collect from these sources may include marketing, contact information (name, email, company, address, job title), information about your profile on those platforms. We may combine this information with the information we collect and use it to support our marketing activities.
How we Use Your Personal Information
We use your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes. We may use your Personal Information to:
- Provide, deliver, maintain, test and improve our Sites and Services;
- Communicate with you, including notices regarding changes to our terms and policies, technical notices, Service-related updates, confirmations, requests for feedback, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests, and to provide customer support;

Lawful Basis - for our European Users only
For our users based in the UK and the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") (as applicable in either the UK or the EEA) will apply to our processing of your personal data. We always ensure that we have a "lawful basis" under GDPR for processing your personal data. This means we have a legitimate reason recognized by the GDPR for processing your information and using at as we have set out in this Privacy Policy. Our lawful basis will be as follows:
for the purpose of our contract with you and so that we can provide, manage, maintain and secure the Services you request;
to fulfil our legitimate interest to operate and improve our business, including to administer, protect, and improve our Sites, Services and our systems, to develop new products and services, and for other internal business purposes; and
to fulfil our legitimate interest to better understand the preferences of the users of our Services, compile aggregated statistics about usage of our Services, and help personalize your experience of our website and Services.
How We Share Your Personal Information
We may share your Personal Information with third parties as described in this section.
Anonymous Information: We may de-identify your Personal Information so that the data does not permit you to be identified (“Anonymous Data”). We may share Anonymous Data, including aggregate usage information, at our discretion. However, we never disclose aggregate usage or Anonymous Information to a partner (or allow a partner to collect such information) in a manner that would identify you as an individual person.
Public Profiles & Information you Post: If you choose to create a profile and post in any community spaces, forums or discussion boards on the Sites, other visitors to the Sites may be able to see certain Personal Information in your profile, such as your username, and profile picture. Any content that you submit or post in any community spaces, forums, or discussion boards on the Sites may be publicly visible, including to other visitors to the Sites.
Vendors and Service Providers: We may share your Personal Information with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to help us with our business activities, perform work or provide services on our behalf. We may use third parties to collect information on our behalf, and these entities may use Cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information on our behalf about your use of the Sites and Services, including, among other things, your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. For example, we use Google Analytics to collect information about the Services and your use of the Services in order to understand how our Services are operating and to improve the Services. Advertising Partners: We may share your Personal Information with advertising partners for the interest-based advertising purposes described in the “Cookies” section below.
Business Transfers: We may share your Personal Information with other companies under our common control (“Affiliates”) and such Affiliates will honor this Privacy Policy. If a third party acquires us or our assets, or we go through some other change of control, Personal Information could be transferred to or acquired by a third party.
Compelled Disclosures: We may disclose your Personal Information when we reasonably believe it is required by law, subpoena or other legal process.

We do not sell your Personal Data as defined by the CCPA.
Your Rights
You may be entitled to exercise certain data subject rights available under the General Data Protection Regulation, the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or other privacy laws. These rights may include the right to request access to, and rectification or erasure of, personal information. You may also have the right to object to, or request that we restrict, processing of your personal information. Cross-Border Data Transfers
CRL is a global company headquartered in the United States. Your Personal Data may be transferred, stored, and processed inside and outside of the United States. CRL relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or other permissible mechanisms to transfer your Personal Data between countries lawfully.
Retention
We don't want to hold on to any of your Personal Data for longer than we need to. We delete your Personal Data as soon as we no longer require it to provide our Services unless there is a legal obligation we are subject to which requires us to hold onto it. For instance, if you opt-out of marketing from us, we may keep a record of your opt-out for longer so that we can demonstrate we respect your preference. We may keep anonymized information indefinitely.
Security
Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You can review, amend, correct, or delete certain Personal Information such as your username, profile picture, email, and password, by accessing your password-protected account page. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law, or for business reasons as we deem necessary to fulfill the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your Personal Information to third party agents and service providers to perform tasks on our behalf and pursuant to our instruction as described above (collectively, “Processors”) that relate specifically to making our products and services available to you. You will not be able to opt out of such disclosures, since those Processors are operating on our behalf and at our instruction in order to help make our products and services available to you.
